I ordered a walnut circle Y breast collar for my horse. They sent me a different color and when I called to get it exchanged, they said they do not do exchanges that I have to return it and then purchase the one I want. That doesn’t make sense since they sent me the wrong one in the first place. I bought it on a different website and I’m just returning.

The product was fine but there was no customer service to speak of. When I finally found a way to contact them they did not contact me back. I paid for express shipping and got it after regular shipping would have gotten here per their website. Wish customer service was still important but once they are paid you just wait to hope you eventually get what you paid for.

I don't really like to use shop pay, but you still have the option to use a credit card so it worked out just fine. At times it was hard to find the right color on the website, but I figured it out and found exactly what I was looking for. Expensive, but worth it.

Very easy checkout and easy to find what I needed. That said, the gift card purchase flow is a bit confusing since you have to wait for a separate email which can take some time to arrive. Also, for the free e-certs it would be really nice if we could access the codes when we log-in to our accounts. It's really easy to miss the emails with the codes since they don't come along with the shipping confirmation. But overall we love State Line Tack and will keep shopping here! :)

I bought a helmet and the item came with a different top that the one ordered, but now it's no longer on sale and they won't exchage it I have to return and purchase again but without the sale so definitely not returning. The only good thing is that it was a great deal when I bought it and it's only the color that doesn't match so not a huge deal but still.

I did not like having to use SHOP to track my order. I downloaded the app, it did not track and now they have access to my account. Calling customer support was very helpful. They were pleasant and responsive. However, I purchased the return shipping insurance. When my package arrived no return label or form was included and I needed to return one of the items, so I have to call again. The last time I ordered from Stateline I also had trouble tracking an order. After contacting customer service several times they finally determined the item was no longer available. Your customer service is very friendly but it seems like you have warehouse issues.
