Shopping was easy and site was somewhat easy to navigate. I receieved one wrong item and the other item I purchased tore the first time I put it on my horse.

Product was not the brand I ordered also had counterfeit Martin Saddle co tag item was very cheap looking and definitely not quality of a Martin product but was supposed to be Classic Equine customer service had I don’t really care attitude will never order again

The velvet helmet cover was sub par. Poorly made and a hole in the material. The brest collar is fine but more holes need to be punched to adjust properly. The sizing for the hoof boots is a little tricky as I feel they are a little too big. I measured twice but guess I didn't read it correctly. The hoof boots themselves are fine. I would recommend Stateline with the caveat that careful attention to pictures and descriptions is needed.

I ordered a winter blanket from State line Tack it was so easy I only wish they had the color I wanted and that’s ok my 2 horses will be twinsies

I would recommend State Line tack to anyone. I have never received an item not on time or damaged. I love the quality and the online ease of buying. My horse appreciates the quality of all the items I have purchased as well.

I still haven't recieved my order. i called & they said they would call me back with information. Still, I have NOT RECIEVED a phone call backnor my order that was placed October 3rd! What is going on?? Where is my order? I haven't heard a word from Stateline Tack

I used to order based on catalog from Stateliness. My first online order got here quickly, the 2nd and 3rd order took forever. I would advise everyone of this flaw especially in lieu of paying for shipping. If you want an item quickly go to Amazon!

I was able to purchase a bridle at a very reasonable price. Given the price I expected the leather quality to not be as good as some of the other bridles I have. However, the leather quality exceeded my expectations. I am extremely happy with this purchase. The shipping process was quick and efficient.

stateline Tack has a good assprtment of producta at a variety of prices to fit your budget. When I cannot find a local tack shop Statline's online store is my first stop.

I bought a used saddle that was striped of everything. I have been searching the web for off billets, cinch strap, cinch, rear cinch. I looked through Stateline Tack and price compared. Stateline had everything I needed for my saddle. Of course I had to scan their sale/clearance items, ordered some of those also.

Love state line! But my latest order was meh…. Hay bags I bought came with busted snaps. Seems like good quality but cheaped out on hardware.. I’d definitely still shop state line, just bumed out about the hay bags!

I wish there had been sizing information on this item. Trying to return this is going to be a headache I didn't want. I gambled on "pony" sized because it's for a medium pony. In my opinion, if it's labelled "pony" it should be adjustable to fit most, if not all ponies.

I really enjoyed my most recent order from Stateline Tack! There was a sale going on and I got several nice items for good deals. I was most excited about the halter I got. I ordered warmblood size in hopes that it would fit my draft cross, and it did! It looks amazing on he and seems well made. I’m super pleased.

I ordered three items in my most recent purchase, one never arrived as it was not actually included in the package that it was supposed to be in, and one item was said to be delivered but was the wrong item. After contacting customer service I was given a refund and Not actually sent the item I still needed. In addition, the refund posted to the wrong item on the invoice. When the second package of the order arrived, I again contacted customer service as the item was incorrect. This has still not been resolved

The only problem I have is other pictures showed the halter was a break away. The halter received is not. Had I known it wasn’t, I wouldn’t have purchased.

I had problem to order on-line, so I called to place my order. I like the family own business concept, I can sense the people helped me on the phone was really trying to help. And the prices overall are reasonable. Keep it that way, I will be a faithful return customer for sure.

The gastro guard golden came in damaged with most of the product spilled out in the bag. Using the USPS sucks. Product stayed in local office 4 days before it was ever delivered. As long as you use this service, I will not order from you again. UPS is a much better shipping partner. The postal service stuffed my package in my mail box. Had to work to pull it out. Totally unacceptable.

Found a few good sales. They had a few products I was looking for, the price was a bit high but I bought them anyway. Got free shipping, which was great. Delivered on time, but tracking wasn't great. I do recommend State Line Tack.

there is no way to contact on the weekends. my delivery was late and a halter that i needed for a new horse came with a shattered piece. another halter i ordered last week is already rusting .

The boots I bought are not good fit for me. The shipping cost to return them is too high. If I were to buy the same type of product from Amazon, I would not have to pay shipping. Nor would I need to spend my time calling customer service to get an RA number.

Finally got to test the raincoat in pouring rain today. It kept me dry and warm. One hitch is with the zipper. I'm a low vision customer and getting the zipper pull lined-up just right to start zipping is challenging. It's not something I'll be able to do in a hurry when a downpour suddenly starts.

I ordered FITS breeches. I'm reluctant to order clothing online because of fitting concerns. The size chart with the item was, fortunately, accurate. As soon as I pulled on the breeches, I "fell in love" - they are light as a feather. No tightness, no pulling in the crotch, and the waistband fits just right without pinching. I also like the low-placed pockets - an unusual feature but much more convenient than waist-level pockets because anything I put in them won't press into my abdomen while I'm riding. Since my legs are a bit short, it would be convenient to have different lengths, but that doesn't detract from my overall satisfaction.

I received the paddock boots, and they were too large I contacted support to try and exchange for a smaller size since I didn't receive any paperwork with my order. I am still waiting for a response and help getting a return ticket This is (2) days later and I am still waiting

The website is very easy to navigate. Sales are clearly marked. This is a product I have bought before and needed a reasonable price on. Drafts are hard on blankets and these hold up well.

Saddle came on time I expected the leather be super hard and I was gonna have a workout trying to oil it in. It arrived in beautiful soft leather beat my expectations excited to ride in it.
