Packing lacking. MSM powder out of 2 of the 4 containers. As usual no secondary containment and lids not secured for the rough ride and delivery. Not returning because the outer box contained the powder with little loss and product did not seem to be contaminated.

I contacted state line tack by chat since I was looking for stirrups that needed a 3” neck to use with my ez- up stirrup extender. I got the answer I needed with the 3” neck and was told theses stirrups would work with the EZ-Up extenders. But when I went to assemble the stirrups to the extender, the top rod was to thick. It was 18 millimeters thick and need to be 17 millimeters or less thick. I was able to use emery cloth and after many strokes with the emery cloth I was able to thin the rod to get them to fit the EZ-UP extenders. I needed the extenders since I am recovering from knee surgery and it is hard to bend my knee to get it into a regular stirrup.

after submitting payment realized address was incorrect. immediately contract customer service via email and it took 7 days for a response that stated they could not change the address. 7 DAYS! Got the response on the day that the item was delivered to the wrong address. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I signed up for texts and emails to receive a discount, but the link only took me to the sale already going on so it was no additional discount. That felt dishonest and misleading to me. I also don't think you should automatically have the $3.99 insurance selected at checkout. All the gimmicks about further discounts after your order is confirmed is annoying and you're better than that. I would appreciate more photos of your girths to show the inside and outside. I think you should offer credit or discounts for customers to leave reviews on products they've purchased. I would love to read more reviews on each product to help me decide.

I googled "half pads" with the goal of finding something lighter weight than my 2 sheepskin half pads. Found it with Stateline.
