I signed up for texts and emails to receive a discount, but the link only took me to the sale already going on so it was no additional discount. That felt dishonest and misleading to me. I also don't think you should automatically have the $3.99 insurance selected at checkout. All the gimmicks about further discounts after your order is confirmed is annoying and you're better than that. I would appreciate more photos of your girths to show the inside and outside. I think you should offer credit or discounts for customers to leave reviews on products they've purchased. I would love to read more reviews on each product to help me decide.

I googled "half pads" with the goal of finding something lighter weight than my 2 sheepskin half pads. Found it with Stateline. I have an older horse who is starting to get blanket rubs on his withers! I was looking everywhere for a pad for them! And this site is the only one in the US I could find that sells them! I don’t use my debit card online so I use prepaid ones and I couldn’t buy these pads from the other sites because they are not in the US. I am happy I found this! I know it’s still summertime but I was so scared they would be out of stock later, so I bought it now! I’m hoping this is going to help keep my old man sore free!!! I like the variety of products. The only thing that frustrates me is they offer "coupons" and then when you go to use them, they only allow one. The cost of the shipping usually exceeds the coupon! I can ship things cheaper myself and find the flat shipping fees charged are high. Shipping costs are difficult, I know but if you are going to run an online retail operations, you are saving enormously by NOT having brick and mortar stores and should be able to offer lower shipping costs to your customers.

I purchased the Bear Trap Gaited Trail Saddle. It is absolutlely beautiful. It nearly fits my spotted saddle horse perfectly. The problem is that my legs are too long for the saddle. I'm 5'10".
