I placed an order for two items. Never got confirmation the order was placed, shipped, tracking, etc., but there was a pending charge on my PayPal. I needed these items ASAP. I tried the live chat, doesn’t work. Sent an email through the contact form, no response. So I thought perhaps PayPal was the issue and placed an order with a credit card to get it coming. Again, no confirmation, live chat doesn’t work, contact form doesn’t work. Come home from work to both orders on my door step, no information whatsoever and at this point I went elsewhere and no longer needed these items. Finally find a number and explain that I need to return these but I have zero information on it. They assured me my second order was placed in error and I wasn’t charged. Yet, I have two charges and told them I MADE both orders. Rep said she’d send me labels. Never got them…waited and waited. Called again and had a super rude rep who wouldn’t even let me speak. Have to talk everything through to her AGAIN because she is also saying an order was placed by mistake and wasn’t charged. Finally she says, send photos to this email address and we can start a return for both orders. Well, sent the email. No response. Forwarded it back a few days later, no response. I’m completely done with this company. This has been well over a month now. STAY AWAY!
