I ordered 2 mini horse blankets. When almost a week had passed, I realized I had not received any info on my order. I looked into it and it said "processing". I then called and after quite a few rings, someone picked up. They said the order would be shipping out the next day. I got the shipping notice the following day but it was only for one of the two items I ordered. When I went to the website to check on perhaps I had missed how long shipping was estimated, I noted that the item I ordered didnt even appear any longer in the size I ordered. I contacted the company who makes the item at that point to ask about ordering it from them. They were quick to get back to me to let me know the item had been discontinued and provided me with a list of current items. A couple of days later, State Line Tack sent me a email that they were refunding me the cost of the unshipped item. I would have cancelled the whole order had I known that they didnt have one of the two items I needed but was not given the opportunity to make this decision. Horrible customer service and experience. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Many other options out there that have great prices and great customer service.
