I like the ability to compare items and that it was easy to redeem my points. The chat now button did not work when I wanted help with sizing, and I was afraid of losing my point redemption code if I waited for an email reply.

I had been looking for a pair of Tredstep Delux Half Chaps all over the internet and couldn't find anywhere that had them in stock. I happened across the Scheider's website and to my surprise, they had them! I got the chaps along with a new pair of Tredstep paddock boots since mine were on their last legs after 15 years. The site was easy to navigate and checkout was a breeze. I will be back again!

Excellent customer service! You really went the extra mile for me on this warrantee and have stood behind your blankets without exception. These are the only blankets I buy because of the exceptional quality and warrantee.

Good selection of products. Received 2 separate orders. Called customer service and they explained second part of order coming following day. When I ordered originally I was told all would come together from same warehouse. Unfortunately this is not the first time I’ve had issues with ordering & receiving timely. Yes free shipping with order amount but timely free shipping would be better. Customer service does a great job of trying to resolve and it’s understandable there’s only so much that can be done. So when I need a product quickly I tend to get from companies that I’ve never had issues with. Schneiders is not always my first choice. Price, selection, in stock , shipping & delivery are all taken into account.

Here’s a professional, clear, and solution‑focused version of your message — still warm, still in your voice, and centered on the problem you’re hoping they can help solve: I appreciate the continued improvements in your customer service and shipping. You remain my first choice for blankets, and I’ve purchased many over the years for both my boarders and my own horses here in Minnesota. I wanted to share a challenge I’m having with blanket identification. I see you offer embroidery tags, but that’s too expensive to ask boarders to do. The inside tag works, but it’s hard to read quickly when I’m managing chores, especially with multiple horses and different blanket weights. I have remember to bring reading glass. I have hooks with names on it. I’m hoping you might consider offering an affordable, durable exterior tag option — something that can be written on with a permanent marker, easy to see, and removable if the blanket is sold or used for a different horse. Space for horses name and weight of the blanket.. With the number of blankets I own — well over $5,000 worth hanging in my tack room, not including in totes — keeping track of whose blanket is whose has become difficult. When boarders have a ripped blanket, I often lend one of mine, and they usually end up buying your brand afterward. A simple exterior labeling solution would make daily chores much faster and help prevent mix‑ups. Thank you for considering this. I truly value your products and your customer service, and I’m hopeful we can find a practical solution for blanket identification.

Both the small and large backpacks 🎒 are both attractive and well made and if you're thinking about holiday gifts 🎁, the backpacks 🎒 would make extremely nice gifts 🎁, but would also be extremely nice for if you keep them for your own use. I HAD BOTH IDEAS IN MIND, as gifts and for my own use.

Your products are wonderful. My experience today was not. I tried to add a new credit card, but your site switched to use the old one. I ordered a blue blanket and your site switched it to purple at the point of paying -- no chance to change it.

Prices are already insanely high and there is no good option for shipping without draining your bank account. One of my items arrived in two days and I had no update on the second item until I got an email saying we know it's delayed and don't reach out to us about it. Talk about terrible customer service. I would have requested a refund but it's impossible to find the customer service email. They said they found my item and I still haven't received it yet. It's a slap in the face for what you are paying
