Ordering was easy but you were on backorder for a large number of flysheets in my horse's size so not many to choose from. Unfortunately, the fly sheet I bought appeared to fit her fine however when she wore it the next night she came in with the sheet pulled down to her shoulders. She appeared to be very uncomfortable and agitated. I don't know how to fix it, so I tried to call you to get your advice. However, I called after hours and not one was there to speak to. I do have pictures of the sheet on her before and after. The barn manager will not put it on her anymore as she is afraid what might happen to her during the night. What is frustrating is that this is the same size sheet that I have always ordered for her in the past! My purchase records will validate this.

I was able to find everything that I was looking for and then some. The shipping was fast and tracking up to date on the order, which shipped in two parts due to an item that I ordered. Everything arrived on time and was as expected. Schneider’s is a place I can go as a “one stop shop” for all of the things I need for my horse.

The hock guards, were listed as available and then after a week were on back order. This was something I needed right away and had to borrow from a friend! I kept getting conflicting texts and emails, saying it was being pushed out. The dates kept changing and then it was not coming at all due to a faulty address! I’m pretty sure the scammers grabbed this account and wanted me to call them and verify my address! I finally did receive the hock guards.
