I bought a padded leather halter with engraved nameplate as a birthday gift and they were thrilled with the quality and fast shipping. I'm a trainer and enjoy lots of items carried by Schneiders but wish they stayed in stock more often. I also hate that when you put stuff in your cart you are told you are eligible for free shipping and then still charged shipping. Overall I enjoy this store and am a frequent buyer.

I was very disappointed that it took me a month to receive my ordered items. Your shipping has always been fast up until this order. First time ever ordering online. I hate it. Old fashioned - I want to talk to a person, but I couldn't get my code discount unless I ordered "online". If "Sam" (Samantha) hadn't stayed on the phone with me and walked me through my frustrated attempts, I wouldn't have made the order. I am a Sr. with a limited income and my $ goes to my boys. Now just one- unfortunately I lost my Standardbred a week ago today due to EPM, so now I only have Sunny, my rescue Quarter Horse. My horses always get the best. My biggest issue was Sam couldn't see the same "screen" that I was seeing while trying to complete my order. But we plowed through. Thank you Samantha.

The box arrived severely damaged and looked like it tried to get repaired by the mail people, but all items arrived safely. I put on the mosquito mesh fly sheet and oh my goodness it fit perfectly! I was really impressed with the wither and topline area and how it hugged my mare and it fit her like a glove. She didnt pull on any fabric when she reached down to eat as well. My mare took a big sigh of relief when I put it on and adjusted it to her. The next day she didnt want me to take it off and she was less itchy on her belly from the flies! I am so happy with the purchase! Then my saddle pad cover I put on the saddle rack in my trailer and it was a tigher fit but it worked. I wish the padding was 1 inch wider on each side to make sure it fit wider saddle racks but I am happy with it and will not be returning.
