I received good help from the customer service phone call I made. I was frustrated that I could not get the "search" app to work properly. The customer service rep I talked to was very helpful but could not explain why I could not find the item I was looking for using the search engine on your website when she could pull it up immediately. She said she would put in an inquiry.

using Mobil to place my order, I do have to scroll back to find where I was previously looking when using the back arrow to navigate. Slightly inconvenient that it doesn't pop back to the last item I was looking at. Also would prefer to have a "view all "button rather than "load more " button as I always like to view everything possible in the category I am looking at. The other thing that is difficult in Mobil is when it comes to the color selections, it's not easy to discern just by the way it looks, and the actual color name does not show up until I select it and then go look at my shopping cart to see what's in the shopping cart. It would be better if the color name would be included in the initial view of the product.

This spring I purchased a mosquito/fly sheet and boots for my old gelding. He cannot tolerate flies at all, breaks out in welts as well as chews on himself from the itching. So far he seems to be comfortable and the boots stay in place.

I hate Shop!!! I had to redo the order because they had an address from a previous order that was a gift. Got that all redone and then Shop overcharged me so I had to redo the order again. Then the receipt that prints out does not show the detail of what I ordered - only the total. Hate SHop!

I am in Canada but order from Schneiders because there is nothing comparable to their product quality. I have ordered several fly sheets, fly masks and boots from them that are superior to anything I can find available in Canadian stores. I emailed because I was concerned my order had not shipped 2 days after ordering and I had paid for the fastest shipping option. They emailed back same day to let me know that when it was shipped it was upgraded to priority shipping so it would still arrive to me in my preferred timeline.

The bad: 1) I didn’t know when the sale prices ended and the prices continued to drop and/or free gifts were added after I made my purchase. 2) As a Canadian buyer, the total shipping & duty cost was significantly higher ($80+) than if I had purchased a similar product from a different Canadian retailer (free if purchase over $100). The good: 1) great sale price 2) lots of style/fit options

I bought my mini a fly sheet. I would have liked to have had other options (lighter weight, removable neck). I was happy they had mini fly sheets at all bc they are hard to find. This seems well made. Time will tell. He has a terrific allergy to flies. This fits just right though. But I think it’s going to be heavy for use in West Texas. I tried it on him but haven’t turned him out in it yet. I’ll update this review after I’ve used it a while.
