My order was not shipped on time and took over 10 days to arrive after purchasing. It is now going to the wrong address because it took so long to arrive so won’t be able to even receive the item due to this. Very upset I paid good money for this item to not even receive it. Why was one half of my order sent and not the rest at the same or similar time??

Everything was great. I’m not crazy about the search option. I put in bridle bags & o small list popped up. I prefer the block format with bigger pictures, if you really want me to be picky. I used my reward points and got $60 off! Love it! Also, thank you for not neglecting saddle seat!

I board my horse at a barn that most of the boarders & the owner are huge fans of Schneiders, so was expecting a seamless experience. I think I might of ordered once before by phone. I needed a newer lighter weight fly sheet and made my order for a sheet and neck piece. The sheet was back ordered til Jul 23, so I thought it would be after that date before I saw that my order would be shipped. I got the neck piece promptly, so I sent an email asking when I might expect the sheet. This was after the back order date. I got an email back telling me that the color I had ordered would not be available, but that I could get it in a different color. I said ok, but that I was disappointed as the neck piece would now be a different color. Another email-saying that the second color was now not available in the belly band style I had wanted, that it had been used to fulfil another order, but I could get a different style in the original color. I said ok please send me that one. So, another email saying that as this was an international order, I needed to go in and place the order, and that I would need to use the store credit option to pay for it, as that was how they needed to refund me the amount for the blanket. I'm wondering what would of happened if I hadn't checked on when the blanket was going to be shipped? Would the blanket order have been cancelled and a refund to my credit card been processed? I don't know if it's just me seeing that an item was back ordered, but I kinda thought that it would still be coming to me as it didn't say sold out for the season. I am happy with the blanket that I finally got, but the process was a bit much

I still find you to be an expensive place to order from. I am satisfied with the quality. I got the cool lite fly sheet. I havent used yet. It feels heavy weight. Im afraid she will sweat with this on during the day. Gets in the 90's and humid. I dont wont her to sweat too much and get dehydrated. It says if it has hair on it i cant.return it. I want it and need it but still concerned of her overheating

The item I purchased was back ordered so I knew it would take some time to arrive. But then the delivery date kept getting pushed back. Luckily I did not need the item on any time line. Schneiders sent great email updates about delivery which I appreciated. My only actual complaint is that when I received the item, it had leaked in shipment. It was well packaged but the bottle was not sealed closed. When I have ordered liquid items from other places they are usually wrapped with tape to avoid leaking. This makes me less likely to order these types of products from Schneiders again and annoyed that some product was wasted.
