Overall, the horse feeders are a good product. The screws for the feeder are substandard. They are cheap foreign metal screws with a small Phillips head. After stripping three screws, I had to buy 50 heavy duty screws (I purchased 5 feeders) at the local ACE Hardware store. Small cheap screws with a Phillips head DO NOT work on good wood.

Normally I’m very happy with Schneider‘s products, and I always recommend them and I always look to them first when I need a blanket or something of good quality. But this time I ordered a blanket I selected the color I wanted but I received a different color. When I went back and looked at the website I see that it automatically defaults to the color I did not want even though I selected the color I did want. I tried the chat helpline, and I sent an email but have not heard back yet I’m going to send another email and hopefully I’ll hear back and get some resolution.

I have shown mostly HUS and Western Pleasure throughout my 30yr show career, but now have the extreme joy of trail riding the last 5 years with my best friend. We decided to complete a trail course with the fox hunting club in our area. Website advises same day shipping if ordered by a certain time but my item took 7 days to ship. Then was not delivered on time. I needed these for a show this weekend and now will not have them. Had I known they would not be shipped as advertised, I would have bought another pair from a different rack store that would have arrived on time for my schedule. Please note: I’m also in Ohio so the shipping delay annoyed me even more. It also would’ve been helpful to receive notice that my items shipping was going to be delayed.

I wish there was an example page for the embroidery. Show what the blanket placements look like and how large they are, explain what the backing material is, show what the thread looks like on black and navy backgrounds. I also keep encountering items being back ordered and that is a bummer.

They sent me an item different from my order AGAIN..I'm getting tired of ordering from this company since I cannot rely on getting what I ordered or the right size..when it's their mistake they still charge return shipping and you only get back a portion of what you paid..it's cheating and I will not order from them again
