sprayer Depot is a leader in the industry, I use them and would say give them a shot and see for yourself. But it seems as though the customer support has dropped a little over the last year or so. My usual rep is no longer there, he use to take care of us anytime we needed something, all we had to do was email or call him. I had not needed anything in about a year, I tried reaching out and did not get any response. After multiple tries I finally get someone, they told me my rep was no longer with the company. I was connected with another person to deal with. I was in a situation were some of our equipment was down, my last rep always knew exactly what to do. I explained to the new contact what was going on, he helped me at first and committed to ship the gear to me quickly. When we tried to reach out to him the end of the day he was gone for the day. We tried the next day, no reply, we assumed everything was shipped and we would get it on Monday. We tried the customer service number and were told my new contact was off on vacation!! Here we go, lol. Low and behold I did end up getting our parts, but not in the time frame we needed. Also the reps do not seem to have much experience with the stuff they sell, they seem scripted. One person I talked to on the phone, told me to go to their website and look at the spec sheets! OMG really? I asked them if they had a tech support dept, they said no and seemed put out. After more talking on the phone they eventually turned me over to someone that was very knowledgeable about what we needed to know about a part. So if you use these guys just know they do not seem to have a tech support dept to help through technical issues. Overall they are not too bad, considering the day and age of customer service these days they are in line with most others. We also tried to get our account information update several times, they said it was updated only to find out it wasn’t anytime we called back in.
