Your online chat assistance doesn't exist anymore for some reason yet the website says it's available. That is frustrating. I received an email that we qualify for a 10% discount yet when clicking the link, it brings me to your website and never offers the ability to get the 10% off, again frustrating. I have over 100,000 points that I can use but I'm only allowed to use 1000. Whats the point then? Am I expected to order everything one item at a time to actually use all my points? If thats the case, don't even give them to me.
Issues not specific to this one order but just valuable information for anyone in your company that truly cares about customer experience:
1) We can not able to pick up parts for emergency repairs because of your new location unless you remember the exact employee to ask for that will have it at the back door.
2) You used to always be able to cut and re-thread the aluminum lawn wands. In fact, we made it so popular, you used to offer 24" - 30" lawn wands. Now, you sell these 4ft wands that wear out the employees too fast. Have you tried spraying with one of these? No, chem lawn guns aren't the answer as they are crap for coverage.
