I needed to find a costume the week before halloween because the one I originally wanted sold out in my size. My dad recommended spirit, said they have everything. I found a pirate costume I really liked and took the risk. It got here way before the 31 and it fit perfect! like a glove 10/10 super cute and sexy and and got so many compliments! Saved halloween for me!

my husband and i knew what we wanted to be the week of halloween and knew we'd need to buy it because we didnt have time to make 2 big 3-D costumes. I searched online, checked if it was available in store near us (was not), then wanted to order it but was worried it wouldnt come in time. i tried to find the shipping info and the return policy, in case it came too late, but couldnt, so had to exit and search those up in a new tab. found it, felt confident enough to place the order. was worried when it didnt show up, turns out it had been delivered to the wrong address (upstairs unit) 2 days ago, so i wish there had been an email with a picture of where it was delivered when it was delivered. but we got them on time, and they were clearly cheap foam costumes, but fine for our purposes.

Returns are not allowed after the 16th, the store did not have the right size so had to order online. Could not return either. Could not get a store credit. So got stuck with two $60 costumes, one was used the other is a waist of $60!

Ordering and shipping were great, but the costume for my order child, the zipper broke 2 times, once just the.zipper part for pulling and then he pulled it to the top and it came off completely and I wasn't able to put it back on, and we had to use safety pins. Halloween is over and I dont want to return it, it is what it is, but the costume became almost unusable after the zipper broke, and he was very upset. I dont know if I would buy again but definitely nothing with zippers.

I ordered a customer paid extra for the expedited shipping so it could arrive before my trip. It did not arrive on time and I left for my trip without it. Then I tried to contact Customer Service to return it and the chat, the phone, in store, and Email were all impossible. The email and Email were all impossible. The email just bounces back. The chat puts you in a circular perpetual vortex of not being able to reach a person. And the phone number was disconnected.
