My online experience was great. However, I bought another of the same item in one of your stores and the clerk at the register didn't know where I could find it when I asked after looking around for it. He seemed to not know a lot, or care. The security guard was more helpful than the actual employee as he showed me where the item I was looking for was located! That employee should have been made familiar with the store and inventory before he was allowed to start. Also learn what customer service is.
