No free shipping for minimum purchase is crazy. Had to use a free shipping code even for over $100 and then couldn’t use the other code. The website kept inputting an incorrect code at first and gave me so much trouble. Things are also super expensive from this store compared to other retailers.

I used to be a front end developer so I have experience designing and implementing UIs. The browsing and search felt clean, modern, and standard. The checkout process felt a bit blank and dated, but I couldn't pinpoint why that is. Also, I was specifically searching for a women's doodlebob costume, which I was able to find via the search bar but it did not come up when I went through each page of the TV costumes. Also, the costume categories were lacking. I'd like to have the option to filter by IP, even if its just for the most poplar ones.

I tried to use a 20% coupon on a Hades costume but it said "items in cart don't apply". Nowhere on the coupon did it say Disney or Hades costumes were excluded. It would have been nice to save $12 since I went to the website thinking I had a 20% coupon.

I was looking in store for the bloody handprint led projection light and it said they had 5 on hand but they were unable to find them. Discrepancies happen but it was a disappointment. All in all, the peeps in Wareham, MA did everything possible to try to find what I wanted.
