I just ordered the last two pieces to complete my ghost themed bathroom, a mat and a little ghost figure. They were scheduled to arrive on a Sunday so I had expected the delay and it wasn't too bad, however that estimated date of arrival never updated until after the package had been received was a bit of a disappointment. Upon arrival the bathmat was great, I absolutely adore the little ghost and it's super comfortable and absorbent no complaints there. However the figure I received appeared to have had some trouble during assembly as one of the plastic raindrops appears to have been damaged by glue residue, and while I'm not confident as a guest did drop it, the nature of how the other droplet broke off leads me to believe it was a baked in weakness. That said the murky raindrop isn't all that noticeable and I've already repaired the one that broke off with a bit of super glue and it's as if it was never broken, so it feels more like a nitpick to bring up now. All and all the experience was alright, though I'd be raising hell if I hadn't been able to get that discount on the shipping price.

The website was a breeze to deal with, however on my last purchase where I did an in store pick up that experience was subpar.
