The “free shipping” code saved a measly $7 and still being charged $70 for oversized shipping, this is bait and switch, and I was very close to cancelling the order as this is a VERY shady way to offer a fake discount. Had I not been so eager to get these particular items, I would have cancelled .. and was still only seconds away from deleting the order… DO BETTER

Really wanted a xenomorphic alien. I got notified that they were available. The online process would not accept my coupon. The store manager and area manager Amy, Darien Spirit store, assisted by phoning customer service. They did a great job resolving the problem and credited my card. I love the products and service that I have purchased over the last several years from Spirit. I will continue to ship and recommend Spirit.

It was overall great but having the free shipping count as a coupon and not just free if spent a certain amount is frustrating, I was seriously considering not buying my items since I already bought items in a physical store and got a 20% coupon & was excited to use it online for items I couldn't fine in store but unable to since there's nowhere to enter a code and even if there was it would remove the much better free shipping coupon which seriously ticks me off.

I had to buy online since there was never the size needed in store. Glad I was able to find online and order for my son.
