It was very easy to see if the item was in stock at any store before deciding on getting it online instead. The shipping is not expensive and is free if you spend more than $40 which is good for families. I would recommend buying costumes for the family here if you can’t find them in store.

It appeared like my total was one thing but then taxes were not added until the very end. It didn’t make the biggest difference for me but could be good to consider having as much transparency as possible throughout the check out process. I think it could be cute to have a “this pairs nicely with…” option for couples costume ideas.

I was so excited to purchase the four mini horror babies: pink ghostface, Chuckie; Art and Frankenstein’s monster. I was so sad when Frankie and Chuckie came broken! I tried to do an in store exchange at our store, however it is not yet open. I had a similar issue last year when a couple of the other mini horror babies were shipped to me. I would recommend Spirit for in person shopping, but will NOT buy online again.

Looking for stores is a little difficult and it can be hard to find what is being sold if the store the website is currently locked on is sold out since it won't show other store's stock until after you click it. Besides that, the website is very well organized and easy to navigate with plenty of categories to choose from, alongside shippng and in-store pickup options (though adding an option for when you would like to pick up after getting the confirmation text would be nice, though I also haven't received the text yet so it may ask me and I'm just currently unaware of the fact).
