Having indicators (how many are in others carts, limited supply, etc) could be a helpful feature. I placed something in my cart and 6 hours later I could no longer purchase the item as it sold out.

I was highly satisfied w/the costume dress & accessories, but was not happy that the kit w/the 1 red & 1 black eyelashes was unavailable to pickup/ship for almost the entirety of the season. It was available before I had the money, then was unavailable shortly thereafter, & for the remainder of the Halloween season

I ordered an adult small, for my 12 year old. The costume was extremely skimpy on her. Knowing she’s a tall 12 year old usually adult small fits perfect. I’ll know for next year to order the medium, in the meantime we just had to be overly cautious in her movements. Everything else was delivered as promised.

The first two times I called and spoke to customer service, I could barely understand them. I paid for overnight delivery and it showed up a week later. In order for me to get a refund, I have to pay to ship it back myself and then they will refund after I already paid overnight shipping and didn’t receive it until a week later. The tracking was not updated until five days after I received a shipping notification and on day five it was in San Diego, while I live in the Midwest. It was not even close to overnight shipping.Will not purchase from spirit again.

Ive had a christmas inflatable in my cart and want it for my son before we decorate. we dont have a spirit christmas store anywhere close so i ordered it and grateful you have online ordering although we'd love to browse a local store as going to spirit halloween is a fun favorite tradition we frequent multiple times during the season

Spirit came threw when no one else could. My great grandson wanted a specific costume but I didn't know until literally the last minute. I found the one he wanted on Spirit and they overnighted it to me just in time for Halloween! Great job Spirit for saving the day!
