I ordered a Halloween costume for my son and added the two day shipping so he could have it before Halloween. The order never arrived. I contacted customer service and they were not helpful and then proceeded to tell me that I could not get a refund. My son’s Halloween was ruined and he didn’t have a costume to trick or treat in. The order arrived on November 1st which is too late and we now have a costume that can’t be worn due to the holiday being over. I’ll never order from Spirit again and will tell any and everyone that will listen the same.
