I was super happy to get this purchase. Once I got it and opened it I was very disappointed. The item I ordered was not what I received. I ordered a baby Jason and got a child's Star Wars costume. Now my item is sold out and I had no choice but to get the refund. I also now have to hunt for my item once the season starts. Very disappointed. Will not order again.

Customer service was no help so put it out to look at then threw away. Since it was the first thing I got that didn't work I gave another chance. Did receive a broken skeleton recently and customer service was very helpful ...Almost made up for the non working spider from before.

I like the new animatronics. I am looking for a certain style to go with my haunted house and so far Spirit isn't giving me much to work with. I would like to see all the new releases. Huge Halloween fans. We host an annual party and are the talk of the neighborhood during trick-or-treat. We love the animatronics and diverse options Spirit Halloween offers. Our only qualm would be we wish there were weather-proofing tips and tricks to help preserve the life of the animatronics. We care well for them yet still have lost a few in the past due to (mostly) wind.
