Overall, the website was fairly easy to navigate and I was able to find what I wanted, but I had some frustrating issues during checkout. When I tried entering my credit card information, I received a “failed to load encryption” message, and another attempt gave me a different error. It took multiple tries before I could continue, which made the checkout process stressful and made me unsure whether my payment information was being processed correctly. Improving the reliability of the payment page would make the experience much better.

The online process was frustrating. I couldn’t find a wig to go with the costume, and my credit card would not go through. I had to process it multiple times your search infiltrations are limited on your site. I need to be improved along with processing credit cards.

Well, I paid $50 for a jacket to this costume that my daughter wanted and when I got it and opened it, it had a large stain on the shoulder and dark markings on the sleeves like it had been worn or something before. and the return process was not easy for the employee at my local spirit Halloween that ended up having to do it for me so that I didn’t have to pay for shipping supplies and a return label on a product that I paid for that was obviously used and had been worn before. Customer service explained to me that I could return it to the store or either mail it back. but the poor employee that had to return it for me. The computer system wouldn’t recognize the return so she ended up having to manually do it or something & she did get it done for me, but was difficult process and I felt bad for her.

Well, I'll say that the package showed app on time. I'll say The FedEx people are not bright because I have a street sign and a gravel road, but you have to walk down a hair of feet to see my house. They didn't bother, so I found the item in the middle Of my road...lazy really. But the item was intact and cool...just venting.
