It said to use the code "TREAT" on the website but when I went to use it, it didn't work. Otherwise, everything went well and the purchase went smoothly.

Enjoyed looking through items. Wish animatronics were not as expensive. Had I needed to pay for shipping I might have not purchased.

The prices seemed to match other retailers that offered the same things, but some prices were a bit higher than other stores. I loved a lot of the things they offered, which is the reason I bought over $200 worth of merch from them; however, the shipping costs are absolutely ridiculous! My order came to right under $300 with a shipping cost of around $60! Most of these items are on the small side or weigh very little. I had taken one item out of my cart in order to pick it up locally, but when I noticed there was a coupon code for free shipping if you spent over--I think it was $100? So I added that item back into my cart and noticed that one thing increased the shipping cost by $6. It was only a small wall plaque and would have been shipping with 11 other items, so I'm really glad for the free shipping code. Without it, I doubt I would have bought anything from them online.

Easy to navigate, but I did order a costumer offered on your site off of Amazon as you were out of the size I needed. But my oldest, 9, didn't want to dress up this year until he spied the pumpkin reaper on your site. So that was an easy purchase.
