my son is turning 13, & has LOVED ( borderline obsessed) Spirit Halloween Stores & the themes they showcase every year for over 5yrs now. It is VERY pricey & to be honest the materials used are not that much better then all other competitors. Yes it has almost everything AND Anything Halloween i just feel like as a repeat customer & someone who spends the money, there should be better deals OR at least better materials. I've just purchased our 5th Animatronic & for the price i just paid it better be Sturdy, well put together & last for YEARS!

I've been waiting to buy from Spirit to get the whole family a Halloween themed outfits for our favorite holiday and horror conventions too. We got everything theirs including our new addition to the family. However, many of a one theme costume wasn't available in my sons size, not even in girls and I had to get him a outfits that was close enough.

I ordered 2 fog machines for 89 99 and the box came damaged with both machines inside. One machines box was damaged, but I don't think the machine was. I wanted to exchange for a new box at Spencer's, but was told I have to wait until Spirit opens in Eagan. I have still not resolved this is issue. These machines are meant to be gifts.
