I ordered 2 fog machines for 89 99 and the box came damaged with both machines inside. One machines box was damaged, but I don't think the machine was. I wanted to exchange for a new box at Spencer's, but was told I have to wait until Spirit opens in Eagan. I have still not resolved this is issue. These machines are meant to be gifts.

I would consider the interaction good, all things considered. I didn't experience any issues with the website. My only real complaint is that there were some items I saw in-store previously that weren't on the website, such as the Retro Jason axe and a replica of an older Jason mask (I believe part 6, but I could be wrong), but I understand these may not be being produced anymore on account of the previous licensing issues surrounding Friday the 13th, or they were simply phased out of production for other reasons. Even so this wouldn't really be a complaint regarding the site itself. I do wish there was more Friday the 13th/Jason themed merchandise, however, but I understand this comes down to the license/IP holders and the companies they partner with.

The costumes got the job done but were super cheaply made. We had to find pants and undershirts that worked with the included tops (which was difficult due to their construction). The boxes were flimsy and their lids didn’t fit properly. We had to add cardboard pieces to reinforce the shape. The included facial hair needed trimmed to fit and did not stick on our faces for even half of the three hour costume party. If I had more time I would’ve made the costumes instead but they worked for a last minute party.
