Overall I appreciate Spirit Halloween having a website, especially with scalpers nowadays. It’s good to know I’m able to purchase stuff online, and not having to worry about stuff being sold out in stores due to scalpers. On a negative note, I wish the shipping prices were more fair. But overall good.

I think Spirit Halloween does a great job for what they do with tracking your item shipping it and making sure you get it on time. Customer service is also great as well. I would definitely recommend Spirit Halloween. I also love going to their stores to see their awesome displays every year and checking out the new animatronics as well and buying some. So in the end, I would definitely recommend Spirit Halloween.

I was disappointed that there was no coupons for prices off a single item. I was also slightly sad that there wasn’t as many Killer Klowns From Outer Space products like there were a few years ago. I also wish there were more products to browse online than what I saw.

Spirit always has a good variety of animatronics that are creative. However, in the last few years they've gotten more clowns and fewer "monster" type animatronics. While the animatronics usually have good motion, they do have some cheap parts that tend to break fairly easily. While customer service is okay, it was much better years ago. Most animatronics are highly overpriced considering that they tend not to last more than a year or two.

Site design was pretty intuitive! Found gifts for a pretty good price then checked out with ease, not a lot to say. Though, I don’t shop online much because I don’t like paying shipping, so I don’t have much to compare it too. Only thing I will say is that I looked up Five Nights at Freddy’s to see potential gifts for my friend, and the big freddy animatronic page came up with the rest of the items buried at the bottom. My mom is horrible with websites, and if she was trying to find FNAF related gifts for my siblings and/or I, she wouldn’t have known how to get past that screen without help. Maybe make the section a banner going across the top when you search FNAF, and if you click on it it’ll open the full page. Or, just make a small expandable banner across the top when you search FNAF.
