We've shopped with Spirit Halloween often in person. This was the first attempt at an online shop, and it was disappointing. You guys need to not show availability for an item only to say it's out of stock when you hit pay. Also selling out of items before some of your stores are even open seems a bit like poor planning. Make more stock.

When trying to add the free shipping promo code, the website would freeze then remove what I entered and replace it with an invalid code (ships40). Once I was able to add the proper code, the website froze completely for several minutes. After it reloaded, check out was simple and quick.
