I had an overall amazing experience shopping on the Spirit Halloween website, I didn’t realize they even had one until this year when they decided to release the FANF merchandise and I’m happy to say that the website is very easy to navigate and well made. I was able to look for my items easily and add to cart as well as buy them, will definitely buy again now that I know the website is legit!

I ordered a Moana costume for my 3 year old granddaughter to wear to her birthday party. I ordered on a Tuesday, needing it for the next Monday. I paid $17.99 for 2 day shipping with the stated delivery date of Friday. It shipped Wednesday morning and the tracking said it would arrive on Friday. Friday came and went and the tracking said it was in Little Rock which is 30 minutes from my home on Saturday morning. Sunday it was in Mablevale which is 15 minutes from my home. I called Fed Ex and they said it was sent Fed Ex ground which is 3-5 day delivery and does not deliver on weekends and would be delivered on Monday between 10:15 & 2:15. I called Spirit Halloween to ask why it was sent 3-5 day shipping when I paid for 2 day shipping and they said they have no control over how it is shipped then said it was sent USPS priority. It was not sent USPS, if it had been, we would have received it because they deliver on the weekend. On Monday the estimated delivery time changed to 11:20-3:20, then changed to 6:35pm-8:35pm. Needless to say, my granddaughter did not get to wear her Moana outfit for her birthday party because it wasn’t delivered until 8:07pm on Monday. No apologies from the company, just excuses that I didn’t understand their system. The outfit is adorable, but do not depend on their shipping and by all means don’t pay extra because you will not get express shipping, you will get snail mail and throw your money away.

Missing the items I came for. I wanted a bag seen online. It was not available in store or online. I was very disappointed with both selection and pricing vs last year. I did see a cute costume for one of my three children. I will have to shop elsewhere for the other two.

It was a very easy process. Was happy to see the product I wanted was available. The original price of shipping ($12~) was a bit jarring. Thankfully there was a discount. However without the discount I would have reconsidered. For a single small item, $12 seemed incredibly steep for standard shipping.
