I didn't realize purchasing an animatronic would come with an additional (perhaps hidden) oversize shipping fee. But the purchase is already done, so it is what it is. I won't be recommending this website to others, though. Just go in-store instead and save on the ridiculous hidden shipping cost.

I ordered a women’s stranger things robin scoops ahoy costume (it said it was the last one available) and what I received was a toddler’s ninja turtle costume. I plan to return the ninja turtle costume but I am disappointed that I will no longe the able to receive my original order because they can’t find the costume now that I’ve bought the last one. I was told that I would receive a gift card that equals the total of my order. Whoever I was emailing with in customer service was wonderful though.

I like that when I searched in Google that I automatically found what I was looking for at Spirit Halloween and ignored other competitor's websites. I didn't like that at check out it put shipping and billing address as the same. Since this was a gift, my friend's address was not the billing address but I had no choice but to put that as the billing address in order to have the item shipped there.

I purchased the Ghost Face costume, thinking I was purchasing everything the model was wearing, plus I also purchased a knife, not realizing a knife was part of the package. I was disappointed that the purchase did not include the body drape, especially when next to the description was a sizing chart. i returned everthing.
