Purchased a costume 10/19 and ended up needing one size larger. Called customer service and was told to order an adult medium and return the small to local Sprirt store. I went in the day after it arrived since it came at almost 8pm on 10/22. They refused to return and acted as if the person lied when they told me to bring it there. Bought a wig to go with and it ended up in the garbage it was such poor quality, another $19.99. I spoke to customer service again after several hours of waiting, they tell me to send to an address with tracking and call when it arrives so they can refund. They will return the shipping I paid as well and I spoke to Kenny. I call on 11/3 when it arrives and I’m told 7-21 business days which is insane! That’s way over a month! Now I won’t be refunded shipping either, it keeps getting better and better. That is the last time I purchase from Spirit and I’ll order off private or Amazon since at least I can get an honest refund.
