Quality is fine, the store was just fine. On line ordering for a few items they didn’t have in store worked out very well. The problem I have is customer service in store. I have a 4 year old grand daughter and a 10 year old. I was in the Burlington NC location two weeks ago getting ready to spend $300 in merchandise and my 4 year old had to go potty like an emergency. The employee told me no!! And said go to the Walmart. Really are you kidding me. She pee’d in her pants before we made it. I swore I would never go back but we had to for the costumes we are looking for. My wife talked me into it and we went back in today and it happened again. She had to pee and the 10 year old as well. Different employee said no so I just walked passed the curtain and found the bathroom. You would have thought I was holding the store hostage. Thank god the store manager understood my issue. She is a grandparent as well and let my granddaughters use the restroom. Also told me she promised kids would start being allowed to use the restroom from now on. She is the only reason why I will continue to spend money with spirit Halloween. Thank you to her, I am very grateful. The rest of them need a lesson in customer service and a little bit of compassion.
