Promo codes are good. Would have preferred for store pickup to be available. How on earth do you guys have such low stock of some of the most popular costume types? Seriously, how many people do you think are actually going to dress up as a chipotle bag? Sure word might get around and bring people into the store, but anyone who’s buying a costume probably already would buy it from you. You are the flagship dealer for reasonable halloween costumes and accessories. People trust your brand name to be passable. No high end costume person is going to buy more than accessories from you, and anyone who’s concerned about quality, but doesn’t want to spend an arm and a leg is going to trust Spirit over Amazon. That’s why having product in the store is so important. I’m putting my trust in you ordering online, but I wish I didn’t have to. I was close to just saying screw it and making the costume myself, but I decided to put my faith in the brand. If there is so much as a little hiccup in my order getting to me, that trust will be broken, and I’ll regret taking that chance. I will warn all of my friends, coworkers, anyone who I can not to order online. This all could have been avoided though, had you carried adequate stock of ACTUALLY popular costumes, not these cheap gag costumes nobody actually wants.
