I love spirit, I've been shopping forever online and in stores. I love both the unique items and the trademark gear, BUT I have two complaints. First, so many of the cool decor items are no longer offered, there's way too much movie/tv merch. I like a lot of it don't get me wrong, but there's just not as many unique/creative/quality items anymore which was the ONE thing that made Spirit different than the box stores. Now it's mass produced type movie items I can get other places cheaper. The second issue is the website SUCKS in the wishlist/cart shopping area. I hate that the wishlist doesn't seem to work anymore. It's always had the issue of adding an item to a wish list directly from it's listing, but I used to put items in my cart to then save them to wishlist so I got around it, even though it was a pain. Now even that option is gone and I had to just delete items out of my cart instead of saving them for later or adding to a wishlist. This is a major issue as it takes HOURS to go through the site if you're a hardcore halloween shopper and then to not have a list to go back to, makes me less likely to spend money. I cannot tell you how many times I've just jumped on the site when I have a bit of extra cash and gone to my wishlist and bought several items. I don't have the time to go through it all every time, and you forgot cool items if it's been too long in between shopping. Why would you NOT have a wishlist feature that functions properly? It only encourages sales. I of course, love Spirit and will continue to shop here but I would just like it to be more functional/easier for long term customers. I'm trying to help you take my money!
