I ordered three items. one item one it was defective. it came with batteries, so I replaced the batteries to try new batteries seeing If that would work. it still would not light up or produce the steam. i looked online about doing a return and had a return slip sent to me but it said I had to pay shipping to return it. never in my life, if I had to pay to return something that was shipped to me broken. i called customer service. i think customer service woman.Put me on hold eight times. she kept insisting, I send a photo of the item. It's to prove it didn't work. a photo of the item is not gonna prove.It doesn't work. i had her transfer me to someone else. they, I had an even heavier accent than she did, which was really hard to understand plus both of them had so much noise going on in the background.We could hardly hear them speak. i explained the situation and explained that I didn't think I should have to pay shipping. On an item that was not a working item. they told me that's the policy. he then put me on hold, then hung up on me. this was about seventeen minutes in total. i will return the item in store once the stores. Finally, open and well, definitely never buy anything from this company again. i've also reached out to several of my friends who buy a lot of halloween stuff and let them go no to be aware of purchasing anything from this company online.
