I ordered online because they had an installment payment option. Finding items in the theme I wanted was easy on the website. The pictures are clear and the items were true to the pictures. I paid extra for 2 day shipping since these items were gifts. Only 2 items arrived on time and they were not the gifts with the most significance. I used my order number to check the status online. Although my order appeared, there was no status. I called the following day and was told the items were on back order and would arrive within 3 to 5 days. I received a total of 3 separate shipments. One on day 2, one on day 7 and on day 9, well passed the date I needed them for my daughter's birthday. I didn't receive any emails stating that items were on back order or there would be a delay. I did receive emails stating the items were shipped. I would not recommend paying extra for shipping, since it seems to be unreliable. I would recommend online shopping, if you have time to wait. Store shopping is always great. If the location you stop at runs out of an item, the staff helps by finding it in another location.
