Your customer service refused to accomidate me for a $100 mask that I ordered. It was a paperweight. There was no mounting system for the head inside the mask and it flops around.
Your customer service had the balls to tell me I could return it in-store, but the in-store associates told me that was impossible and they've been dealing with this lie all month.
The in-store people had recommended I negotiate a discount with the online people. Despite a literal video showing the absence of a headmount and a, I can only hope it's chocolate, stains near the mouth, your greedy goblin team told me the most they could give me is a "10% refund".
I personally hope that you enjoy the extra $100 of fees in repairing this defective product. Good luck with the employee wages and the shipping fees you need to pay.
