I did like that I was able to get a discount of shipping even with not spending $40. I forgot my password and didn’t get an email (thinking maybe I wasn’t a member) then did text and never got a text back.

I love the variety of lava lamps that you offer. They are very different from a lot of other options I’ve seen at other stores. I didn’t appreciate that you all don’t deliver to my address. I’ve never had a company say that. Unfortunately I am having to use my best friends address for delivery and will pickup the lamp later in the week.

I visited your store in Colorado Mills mall and when I asked an employee for help she completely ignored me and just continued her conversation with another employee. She just looked at me and then continued her conversation without even offering me a response. I’ve never been completely ignored by a store associate after directly asking for help before so it took me by surprise. I had to order online cause it was my only other option. It was a terrible experience overall. And then I’ve been constantly harassed to provide feedback which is very annoying.
