I tried to do a four payment plan option with klarna, it took my money said i was Prequalified for klarna payment options. After it took $41 out my account, it still said I had to purchase the backpack at full price even though money was withdrawn, now I have to wait on a refund for the bagpack i tried to purchase, it was suppose to be delivered on Friday now I have to “Wait” till the day before school starts to maybe even get it unless there’s a delivery issue. Which is what I need now a delivery issue to worsen my experience! First backpack of choice was sold out as well after I was able to add to my cart. Hoping it updated within 24 hours but I see now it’s NOT. Thank you for your time.

Well I was looking for a backpack for my senior yr in high school and I was able to find one that I do like but I feel like maybe the more the merrier if you maybe had more backpacks of different kinds it would be nice but still saying it is pretty nice all the backpacks you have so far.
