I was not satisfied with my purchase. I requested to return, I went to the nearest store to try to return the merchandise (the return slip indicated that as an option). The people at the store were rude and not knowledgeable at all, I was there for almost an hour, waiting for them to figure out my return, I was not able to return at the store. I would have appreciated if they would’ve been nicer and more knowledgeable about how to handle the online order return.
