I held off on making my purchase because free delivery wasn't available—or rather, it exists, but it can't be combined with other discount codes. It seems to me that for a purchase over 70, they really ought to offer both discounts and free delivery.

After a lot of searching on website I was able to select three items that would allow me to take advantage of free shipping, though I only actually wanted one of the items. I got a promo code, which I entered, and which was accepted in my check out, but I was still charged shipping!! I phoned customer service who was unable to tell me why that was so they took my name and number, saying they would look into it and phone me back. When they returned my call they informed me that two of the three items were discontinued so I would be unable to order them. When I told them I already placed my order they said they would process a refund as those items were no longer available and would, therefore, not be shipped. I received all three items this week. Secondly, he said the reason I was charged for shopping was because I live in Canada and the website clearly states free shipping does not apply to Canadian addresses. I explained that no, it was not clear whatsoever, and the promo code was applied in my check out. I asked to speak to a supervisor and I demanded a refund on my shipping. I was placed on hold for a lengthy period of time, and having already had two separate conversations with this individual I did not want to waste any more of my time holding for a supervisor who may or may not have provided a refund. But I was very upset that your website would offer misleading information and allow me to apply a promo code for free shipping, but not actually deduct it from my total.

I don’t quite understand how you keep your inventory I was told there were 300 and some of these poltergeist clowns so I went online yesterday to order them, but none could be found anywhere all out of stock then I go in there today and it’s back in stock ready to ship.
