Overall a good experience, I know it was out of stock at my specific store—but I wish there was an option to at least see when the store would have it back in stock because I’m more than happy to just wait for an “in person pickup”. Aside from this gripe everything else went well as expected. While looking in the internet and Amazon for this shirt none of the other outside options quite had the perfect design that Spencer’s offered so on that note I’m pretty happy

I would definitely recommend Spencer's if anyone was in the market to buy decent products at an affordable price. My gift came on time nothing was damaged and the he ordering experience was quick and painless as well. Which was great for a mother of 5 with little to no extra time.

The lamp has cloudy liquid. Being one with clear liquiud (rather than a colored liquid which will help to disguise some cloudiness) it is especially noticeable. Spencers recommends cycling the lamp over several days, which I have tried but so far not much luck. Never had much luck with the cycling method, on previous lamps, in the past either. Otherwise it is a beautiful lamp. The black wax against the gold base is striking, and it has an active silky flow.

Website was easy to navigate, I found what I was looking for. Check out was also just as easy. I was purchasing a replacement item so it did wad a bummer that it cost more for the item in general and then having to pay for shipping because it was not in stock any more at my store. But when I bought the item over a year ago it was discounted during the holidays.
