New black and gold lava lamp is such poor quality its a shame theyre still selling it and then forcing there customers to spend money shipping it back. So there making money off a $10 shipping/restock fee by intentionally selling an inferior product. Should be grounds for a lawsuit of any rich lava lamp enthusiasts out there.

Made purchase. Items went on sale. Customer support would not do price adjustment, so I took items to store to return. Employee did not know how to do online return, in store and had to call customer service. Took more time than expected and did not receive entire amount back. The employee could not figure out how to make total match my receipt. I lost fifty cents.
