I ordered items and paid for them to be delivered in time for my daughter's birthday. The website said my delivery choice would have them delivered by June 5 if I ordered that day, which was June 1, and paid the additional fee. I only received 1 of the 3 items in my order on June 5 -- thus my daughter only received 1 of her 3 gifts.
The other 2 items were delivered on June 8 -- 2 postal business days after the promised and paid-for delivery.
Not only that, but the pants that I ordered have the ink security tag attached. So now I am inconvenienced by having to drive to my local Spencers store to have it removed.
What is Spencer's going to do to remedy the failed delivery issues in this matter? The pants are being replaced, but that doesn't address the extra charge I paid for rush delivery, nor the time and inconvenience of me having to drive to a store to have the ink tag removed.
This is the first time I have ordered from Spencer's, and it will be the last. 0/10, do not recommend -- and I will be sharing that information with others -- along with the quality of customer service I received via phone.
