What happened to the 10% discount I was supposed to get for entering my email address? The discount vanished by the time I got to the checkout. It lowered your score in the evaluation. Also, how do I know how satisfied I am with the sale until I get the hat? I have ordered hats in the past from other sellers and they were deformed.

I've bought 2 items from Speedgear in the past 10 days (one of them via eBay) and I've had to return both of them, as they didn't fit. Return process via eBay was good, process via Speedgear was antiquated. Had to fill out info on return form, which didn't even have enough room to complete the info that was asked for, and then ship back. I'm hoping I receive my exchange request in a reasonable amount of time.

I didn't receive my order and while I have called and emailed customer service, I have received no reply. The order is incredibly late and I'm not gonna have it available when I go to the Formula One race. I had to order it from some other online service so that I could at least have a few things.
