I absolutely hated ordering through this merchant. While placing my order, I was so excited by the pictures and options that they had available, but I would now consider this site to be barely better than a scam. I ordered the Picture Box in April, and it did not come until late June. Shipping took a month and a half more than the estimated delivery date they gave me at checkout, and trying to get help to know where my package was felt like a joke. No one could tell me where it was, and the tracking website they gave me only updated ONCE the entire two months I was waiting. If that wasn’t bad enough, the package FINALLY came and I was so excited to open it. To my surprise the quality of this piece is terrible. The photos don’t line up like they did in the pictures online. The glue holding the light looks so messy. Even the preselected cover photo (that the website suggested) did not line up. Overall, this experience was terrible, and this was in NO WAY worth the $50 that I paid three months ago. I would never recommend someone to buy from this website.

The bracelet is very well constructed. I was disappointed that the picture could not be seen. I would have appreciated it the merchant would have inspected the bracelet before sending. Perhaps then I would have been given an opportunity to choose another photo if that was the issue. I ordered 2 bracelets. I will not send back, but I know I will never order from Soufeel again.

I ordered 3 of the pixboxes. They arrived after Father's day and were in Very POOR condition! I thought these would be great presents and spent $85 dollars on these and the boxes came damaged and the pictures werent salvageable at all. It is veryy sad to have spent all this money for Father's day presents for them to come not only late but completely messed up! I'd love a refund honestly!
