Well the bracelet I ordered is beautiful because of the detail of the photo and all of that. But I did not expected to be so big. You should specify the measurements of the products. Also yo send me the bracelet in a little plastic bag. WHATT??? It is supposed to have a nice package, AT LEAST A LITTLE BOX. It doesn’t cost anything and if you want you can extra charge for packaging but you don’t even have that option. Also you delivered late. The tracking site is awful. Overall the product is pretty cute. But you could give the customer a better experience overall. I give you 6/10

I ordered , paid extra for rush delivery and your company tell me it will arrive late, no expected time of arrival or date. Waisted money on express shipping and I STILL DONT HAVE THE ITEM, my cost for the shipping should be refunded

So I bought this gift a couple weeks before christmas for my significant other however the gift did not come at all until 2 weeks into January. During that time I recieved no notification from my order until the item actually started to ship which took forever.

The song did not match what I requested and then customer service wanted me to fix the issue by downloading a new song but it wouldn’t match the song written on the picture. Just poor customer service.
