Told me I would get 10% off for my first purchase but didn't receive email code for purchase. Called company and they told me that I needed to call back when online staff were available. I ended up buying item so it wouldn't be sold out. I also got charged for shipping on a $100 order.

soccerplus was the only website that has the sizes I was looking for after looking hard for them elsewhere. Product got delivered within a couple of days. There was a small discount also.

It was beneficial to pick-up in store; knowing the product was available; and avoiding unnecessary extra shipping costs. Could you provide a protection plan? This is the 4th expensive ball I have replaced for my husband. My heart is broken about it. 4 valuable and special occasion gifts I have given to him; just to be STOLEN while playing in a game. So sad. We continue to support your store. This purchase will be his Father’s Day gift from our kids to replace his recent Birthday gift that was stolen less than 2 weeks from him receiving it and bringing it to play with teammates.

Everything worked well. The only thing that was strange was that the or the product I ordered was a World Cup program. It was put in a bag and then placed in a large box and shipped. Because of that one of the pages was Bent. It’s no big deal, but it felt weird for a program to be shipped in a large box. It probably added to the risk of the product being damaged. Feedback for your future transactions.

The selection and availability was great and it’s nice that I could check the stock of each store to know if I could pick it up tomorrow. Once I was checking out though, it stated two items even though I had three separate items. It classified an item as a grouping of items as I got two of the same size jersey and another one of a different size. I realized it since the price was the same but that could be something to look at getting fixed.

I think the mobile app experience could be a bit better at checkout. Apple Pay would be a good feature. 10% first time purchase promo code didn’t come immediately after subscribing.

I was very pleased with my first experience purchasing through Soccer Plus. My son plays soccer, and we have purchased cleats through DSG in the past as we’ve not found local vendors in our area. While they tend to be expensive, we can usually get what we need quickly, and we also receive a 20% off coupon from our local soccer league to use there. However, my son suggested that this time we try Soccer Plus which he knew about. I was happy that he could find some cleats that he liked through a small business and that they were on sale. While I didn’t want to pay shipping, I understand that small businesses need to charge for this. My son paid the shipping and I bought the cleats. I was impressed with the communication from Soccer Plus regarding my order and with how quickly we received the order. I definitely plan to buy from them again.

It is good to have some wide sized selections, which is what I am looking for. It is bad that the website actually did not describe the shoes this way. I have to confirm my assumption of that by relaying on the style number designations. I was also interested to buy a soccer bag and a pair of shine guard, but the lack of item feature description or pictures did not give me the confidence to make the purchase.
