First, the website is easy to navigate and you can even toggle specific setting to show all cleats attaining to the ones you selected. For example, I’m a size 14 US and finding cleats is difficult enough already so having this tool was very helpful. However, I have two complaints. When it comes time to enter information as a new customer and I entered something wrong there is no hint as to where you messed up out of the 4 sections you have to fill out. Then, after I received my items, conveniently right before practice, I tried them on any to my surprise they don’t even come close to fitting me. I even read both the receipt and the tongue of the boot to confirm, and both read US size 14. So, I don’t know if I’ve been secretly buying the wrong size all my life but I needed at least and extra inch in the shoe. Though, I did really like the design and quality of the boots. Still, I was extremely disappointed with how that is even possible.

I could have done additional work to figure it out but the 10% discount on the first purchase wasnt automatically applied. This along with Apple Pay not working was more of an inconvenience than anything else. I look forward to buying from you again and overall, I didn’t search the site much. I play as a goal keeper as a hobby and gloves only last about 5 months so I was only intending to buy these and didn’t explore the site more.

Unfortunately the sizing was incorrect. My daughter even has a pair of cleats from the same brand so we purchased based of of those and were still too big. It's really frustrating how sexist companies are. Everything is convenient if you're purchasing mens/boys products. They have tons of selections and sizing. There were so many pairs of cleats my daughter preferred but they offered zero in women sizes. They 'conviently' put the womens 'sizes' beside the men's. The womens 'sizes' started a like a 9. The average for women in the US is 7. Very dissatisfied about it.
